Jake White, PA-C grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. He attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate degree where he studied Kinesiology and Spanish. While completing his education he worked as an AEMT and developed a passion for medicine and patient care. After his undergraduate education he completed his Physician Assistant training through Wichita State University in Kansas. During his time in Kansas, he spent many clinical hours working in rural locations, which inspired him to join the Kamas community.
He believes in educating and encouraging his patients to play an active role in decision-making and goal-setting, all while striving for excellence in disease prevention and health maintenance.
Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and 3-year-old daughter, as well as his 11-year-old Chocolate Lab. He enjoys outdoor activities including mountain biking, camping, and snowboarding. His favorite sports to play include golf, racquetball, and basketball. If he is not participating in these activities or spending time with his family, you will likely find him learning to play new songs on the guitar or piano. Jake is very excited to be practicing medicine in Kamas, UT and is grateful to be part of the community.
